Hi, Im Rachael! My passion is to help people to connect to their body, mind and spirit through my practice as a Massage Therapist ,Yoga Teacher and Visual Artist. Within these modalities I create strong foundational learning environments to build on my pillars: Community, Culture, Ceremony, Country.
As a spiritual artist I look to create unique bespoke experiences, whether that be in a retreat environment, an exhibition, within a therapeutic bodywork treatment or in ceremony. ​

Visual Artist
In my Visual Arts practice I utilise embodied, process-led practices experienced by the body as the groundwork for a multidisciplinary visual and cultural exploration. The art seeks to weave together divergent ideas and philosophies from ancient and modern understandings of our bio and somatic experience of oneself within, and the environment around us.
