Community, Culture, Ceremony, Country â€‹

It is under these pillars that I serve from the heart truely inspiring and unique experiences.

As a Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher, Visual Artist, and Ceremonialist, I am passionate about helping people to connect with their truest spiritual essence through all of these forms... to draw insight from the practices of ancient and modern cultures, to develop a rich tapestry of knowledge and philosophy on the healing arts.

Vision

I am inspired to explore a depth of connection to country (our cultural relationship to the environment and oceans) through art, through yoga, in ceremony and creating spaces for this to be shared with community.

I hold a vast background of formal studies - from a Masters in Museums Studies, Cultural Anthropologies, Bachelor of Visual Arts, and Remedial Massage - to human centred studies of over 500+ Yoga Teacher Trainings, Ceremony Facilitation Training, ZenThai Shiatsu Foundations, Ka-Huna and Lomi Lomi Immersions.  All of this informs how I can listen to, and engage with my clients or those in retreat in a meaningful and in depth way.

In my experience through practice and research, a connection to wellbeing and creative expression has given my being the greatest spiritual integrity. My vision is to hare this with others to build a deepening sense of ecological, social and cultural connection to place.

All of my work is driven to deepen the connection between PEOPLE and CULTURE. I wish to create an impact which helps to embed our connection to country and community through educating on the benefits of somatic, visionary, ceremonial and embodied arts and movement practice.

Values

My work renews a sense of CO-CREATION, animacy and reciprocity with earth, our bodies, our community.

I am passionate about the power of education, and therefore take learning as essential for my people and clients to see beyond their current reality and into their future potential relationship with the earth, and in turn, to themselves and their community.

My areas of speciality consider how spirituality and embodied cultural practices (art as ritual), engender key values in wholistic health, ecological reciprocity, community participation and co-creation. I encourage a return to relationship to source, which drives inspiration, individual and communal purpose.

I look through the lens of education, and consider how knowledge and the power of knowledge is shaping community and engagement, narrativity and mythology. Ultimately I am an educator, communicator, creative artist, museologist, yogi, indigenous wisdoms advocate, mystic, and health ambassador. I value vitality, bringing compassionate and heart felt resources to my community through the healing arts.
